What makes us different

Certification as a force for good

First and foremost, we put people and purpose at the forefront of our minds in everything we do. We are passionate about using ISO certification as a force for good in the world.

Partners in improvement

We speak to humans, like humans and ensure that every audit adds value, as any good partnership should. Even box's don't like being ticked for the sake of being ticked, so why would we?

Good beyond the audit

Good shouldn't be limited to just the audit, so we make sure the good keeps going after the audit. After every audit, 5% of the revenue generated is used to fund charitable organisations in their pursuit to change the world.

For each new enquiry and every day you are being audited we plant a tree through our partner Reforest.

JASANZ accredited certification partner

We are proudly JASANZ accredited, this means that when you are audited by Certification Oceania, you can meet pre-qualification tender requirements which may require an IAF or JASANZ Accredited ISO Certificate.

Growing the APAC region

We are focused on sustainable development and building strong, culturally sensitive partnerships that respect local traditions and foster mutual growth for the entire South Pacific, Oceania and APAC region.

Family owned and operated

We are a family-owned business and operate like one. From the first phone call, you become part of the family. Audits can be stressful and having a flexible and responsive partner who wants to work with you in a genuine way makes all the difference.

Our process
Testimonials

Certification Oceania have been so professionally flexible, and able to adjust their auditing arrangements to suit our busy business ramp up. The process of audits is well explained in advance, and they are very genuine in finding and explaining tangible gaps within a Quality Management System that actually drive an improvement your business will grow from. I have been in manufacturing environments for over 20 years, and held many senior quality roles, these guys know their stuff! Highly recommended to seasoned and experienced businesses, and newcomers to the game also.

Where it all starts…ISO 9001:2015 Quality

Dive into Clause 4 of ISO 9001:2015 through the lens of Glaze of Glory, a fictional doughnut empire tackling quality the delicious way. This blog breaks down the foundation of quality management without the boring bits. P.S. Dangerous read on an empty stomach. May cause salivation, hangry-ness, and an urgent need to locate the nearest doughnut shop. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

2025: the year of making compliance the most talked about topic at parties.

One of our go-to sayings at Certification Oceania is, “A rising tide lifts all ships”. Together, through this process, we can learn, ask questions and ultimately “raise the tide” on our knowledge of ISO and compliance (and also have more conversations about it at parties; see you at Richard’s party next Saturday, right? Apparently, he organised ISO bingo).
